About Joseph Edison Kinsey
Joseph Edison Kinsey, AIA, and his wife live in northern Kentucky on forty acres. They have one son.
Joseph was born and raised near a small Midwestern town. He graduated from a one room country school. The family moved into a town of 5,000 when he started high school. He earned a scholarship to the University of Illinois and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Joseph was registered to practice architecture in eight states. He retired from active practice in 2003. Joseph rediscovered his interest and talent in art after retirement.
Joseph is a member of the following organizations:
- The American Institute of Architects
- The Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen
- Scott County Art League
